We provide everything you need for all of our experiences and therapies. This includes anything from comfy boots and gloves for our Cryotherapy treatments to sulfate-free earth friendly shower products for your Floats with us and everything in between!

WHAT SHOULD I DO PRIOR TO VISITING?

Come ready to relax! Be sure to hydrate properly before coming in for any of our therapies as well as getting a light meal in to help you feel your best. 12-14 hours before visting us be sure to not heavily exfoliate, shave or wax as you may find your skin to be senstive to most of our therapies.
Save yourself some time by also signing our waiver here with us before coming in!

Luckily, we have something for everyone here; we are a fully-inclusive space! All of our therapies are holsitic in nature which makes them safer for most everyone, but of course review our waiver thoroughly and refer to your doctor if you have any questions! If you aren't sure about something feel free to message us in our handy chat box- one of our professionals will be sure to help guide you.
