WHAT DO I WEAR?
We provide everything you need for all of our experiences and therapies. This includes anything from comfy boots and gloves for our Cryotherapy treatments to sulfate-free earthly friendly shower products for your Floats with us and everything in between!
WHAT SHOULD I DO PRIOR TO VISITING?
Come ready to relax! Be sure to hydrate properly before coming in for any of our therapies as well as getting a light meal in to help you feel your best. 12-14 hours before visting us be sure to not heavily exfoliate, shave or wax as you may find your skin to be senstive to most of our therapies.
WHO SHOULDN'T VISIT
Luckily, we have something for everyone here; we are a fully-inclusive space! All of our therapies are holsitic in nature which makes them safer for most everyone, but of course review our waiver thoroughly and refer to your doctor if you have any questions! If you aren't sure about something feel free to message us in our handy chat box- one of our professionals will be sure to help guide you.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?
Absolutely not! You can book via phone, online, messaging us or simply walking in and asking! Pick your preferred option.
ARE WE WALK-IN FRIENDLY?
We are always walk-in friendly for our quicker treatments, such as Cryotherapy and Compression Massage but we always encourage you to call in advanced if you don't want to wait as our busier times can come up. For our longer therapies we strongly encourage you to call at least 48 hours in advanced to ensure your preferred time!
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLING/NO SHOWING AN APPOINTMENT?
We know life comes up quick sometimes and accidents happen, but in the event you do not contact us for the following therapies we will apply a fee to your account the day of or upon your next visit with us before you can use any other therapy with us. This ensures our therapists and our other guests are taken care of.
MEMBERSHIPS & CONTRACTS
ARE MEMBERSHIPS MONTH-TO-MONTH?
Our memberships give you our therapies at our best rates possible! When you sign up for one of our membership contracts you are required to fulfill 4 months of your annual contract to avoid paying an early cancellation fee. After 12 months of a contract is fulfilled you have the freedom of paying on a month to month basis!
CAN I PUT A MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?
We are always willing to look into each unique case for reasons why a membership may need to be put on hold, so feel free to contact us! All membership hold or cancellation requests need to be made 30 days prior to typical billing day.
